Vanessa Dennison, owner of Dennison & Associates, is a Certified Business Analyst Professional. She has more than 14 years of experience working with dozens of trade and professional associations and unions, both as a staff member and an industry vendor. She applies proven expertise, industry best practices, and a deep commitment to each client to deliver superior results.
Vanessa also has a unique ability to encourage change adoption and to help staff communicate about difficult issues. A seasoned facilitator, she uses a variety of techniques to encourage staff to view problems from new perspectives and to help team members collaborate.

Mr. Ingram is a software and services executive with over thirty years of experience in organizational management, software implementation, technology project management, and business operations. He began his career with Ernst & Young in Big 4 Consulting and has held management positions with Oracle Corporation, BDNA Corporation, and Flexera Software.
Mr. Ingram’s expertise in technology consulting is built on a foundation of over twenty years of large-scale system design and implementation experience that spans several functional areas and industries. Mr. Ingram has been instrumental in the design and build of Data Warehouse tracking systems of Federal and State governments, Implementation of complex HR and Payroll systems for nonprofit and union-controlled organizations (Hospitals, Financial Services, and Transportation), implementation of large-scale financial accounting applications for manufacturing companies and nonprofit hospitals, and Implementation of IT Asset Management systems for Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Ingram has also helped small and medium sized companies develop Information Systems Strategies to support short-term priorities and longer-term growth objectives. He has also assisted technology companies in building global professional services and product support organizations.
Mr. Ingram holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Raphael is well-versed in association operations, software implementation, and IT project management. With over 15 years in the industry, he has a breadth of experience with Office 365, and business intelligence and analytics experience with Power BI, Tableau, and more. His background working with Association Management Solutions (AMS) vendors, including Impexium and Personify, makes him an expert in software implementation and IT project management.
Raphael has also worked in association management outsourcing, where he provided expertise for a number of organizations in place of full-time staff. This position gave him a strong understanding of the organizational infrastructure and needs of member-based organizations. His combined experience in management and software implementation is a huge asset to his clients!

Gerald Johnson is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience. As a project manager, he has successfully led teams as small as two to three individuals and as large as 100 staff around the world.
Gerald’s project management experience ranges in complexity from software applications and website upgrades to CRM system implementation. He also has process management experience, which includes validating and changing IT policies and procedures, enabling teams at multiple companies to successfully pass Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI audits.
Gerald has successfully managed projects and facilitated development methodologies, migrating from Waterfall to Agile (both Scrum and Kanban), which resulted in increased product owner satisfaction and decreased post-launch change requests. He has extensive system administration experience, including Jira and Confluence administration in a locally hosted environment. His passion for improving his skills is a huge asset for his clients. Gerald holds an MBA degree, PMP certification, CSM certification, and CSPO certification, and continually seeks knowledge through specialized training in IT and business management.
